And it means Faith in Swahili. Some people celebrate Kwanzaa this Holiday Season and the last candle they light is Imani: Have Faith.
I just did some research to see when Kwanzaa started and ends and it ends on January 1st, this year. I thought it was just perfect and I actually got chills. The last day of Kwanzaa is the first day of The New Year.
I took it as a little reminder to have Faith...
I cannot fathom that this year is almost over.
And that I’ll never have to live it again. It’s strange feeling like this all just started but now is ending so fast. Three-hundred and Sixty-five Days feel like a week, today. Where three months ago, they felt like a lifetime. It’s ending, just like a book or a nightmare- It has it’s end.
This year has been the biggest stepping stone for me. I’ve grown up so much...
